Experience the ultimate beach life during a relaxing stay just across from the beach and within walking distance of the dunes. You can park your car in your own private spot and leave the everyday hustle behind. From your comfortable bedroom, you'll wake up each morning to a stunning sea view – as if you've stepped into a dream holiday.

Upon arrival, two stone steps lead you to the shared entrance with the owners. In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack, after which you enter your private dining area with a lovely view over the dunes. This space includes a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and tableware – ideal for breakfast or warming up a small meal. Your private terrace adjoins this space – a perfect spot to relax outdoors.

A staircase takes you to the first floor, where you'll find your lockable bedroom with beautiful sea views, as well as a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet.

## Access

As a guest, you will have access to part of the house from the landlords.
You have access to a lovely spacious bedroom with beautiful sea views, a private bathroom and separate toilet. Downstairs is a cosy breakfast/dining room with a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.

## Interaction


We, hosts of Smiling Host, interact with our guests. You will be greeted at the apartment by our host for a personal welcome, key exchange and some great tips about the neighbourhood. We will also send a confirmation email to help you prepare for your trip, with general travel tips and specific information about your arrival. During your stay, we are available for any questions or problems.


## Neighbourhood


In summer, Zandvoort's elongated beach offers many Beach Clubs where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, relax with your feet in the sand or go for a lovely walk. In winter, fewer Beachclubs are open but you can still come and enjoy a sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The bustle of the city around the corner and accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycling trips.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite- or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is located at the edge of Zandvoort surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world-famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.


## Public transport

Zandvoort Station is 19 minutes' walk away, direct connections to Amsterdam, Haarlem and Schiphol Airport.
