"The room was spacious and with all you need, also the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. The place where the hotel is located is also very good, you have restaurants near it and you can go downtown after a 5’ tram. The breakfast was plenty of options to choose, all of them very tasty. Specially mention to the receptionist, he was very kind and pro-active, he involved personally to look for a place for dinner. He was terrific, I am sure the best Hotels of Zagreb want to sign him! "very good hotel, kind and helpful staff. I liked: location, accessibility, room (clean, new, had working desk and a cozy armchair for reading), good bed and lining, good bathroom. Not a fan of: AC system (which when turned off, was still blowing some air which felt when sitting at the table), TV could not be used for streaming and no way to connect own atreaming HDMI device, hilton "members-only" free water and fast wifi (it's 2025, c'mon)"
