"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "

"We love the Aparthotel Stare Miasto in Kraków. This time, we brought another couple with us, and they were delighted as well. Our friend, upon seeing her room, exclaimed, "I feel like I'm in a castle - a medieval castle." The brick walls and stone floors, mixed with modern facilities, are stunning and inviting. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. We hope to visit again soon."

"These apartments are spotlessly clean and great value for money. All eco friendly. The staff are helpful and friendly and are available 24 hours. The location is convenient for walking into the old town or the tram stop is just down the road. Breakfast is really good and is brought to your apartment. Vegan food available from reception and the bakery goods are delicious. I can't fault our stay."

"The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is a 5-10 minute walk from the main train station and from there a short stroll to the old town. It is also on the tram line if you don’t want to walk. Communication on how to access the apartment was very clear and helpful. The parent was listed as sleeping up to four. It was fine for us (two adults and two teenagers), but the sofa bed is fairly small so I think it would be more comfortable for two...
