"Citizen M Hotels are always great. We loved our little room, perfect for a night stay before our departure flight from Schipol Airport. The check-in process is easy and modern. The staff was amazing, ready to help you with anything you ask for. The Citizen M rooms and social areas are always modern and high tech. Food in their Bar/restaurant is very good and prices are reasonable. Walking distance from the departure and arrival at Schipol."

"This hotel is lovely! The staff were all so kind and treated us very well. There is free coffee and juice in the lobby which was a nice surprise. Beds are very spacious and the AC was a godsend in the August heat. The only thing that is tricky is that the Zaandam train station is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and the area is not very well lit. This is obviously not the hotel's fault and they keep the property very secure, but just as a note! Would still highly recommend - it is a great...
