"The hotel has a great location with the Zaadam train station, the room is very spacious and comfortable. The customer service is bad, when we arrived at the hotel, it had no customer service staff, it was chaos because of the Amsterdam marathon and we had no information about it. They must improve communication, the internet and customer service. My experience was very bad."

"Our family stayed at Anouk's lovely houseboat during a recent trip to the Netherlands to visit family. The boat is well maintained, comfortable and clean. The location is very accessible to the train and to amenities in Zaandam. No matter how busy the day, the beauty and comfort of the houseboat always made for a relaxing return. Highly recommend!"
