The ground floor boasts a kingsize bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a Smart TV, and an original feature fireplace, creating a cosy and elegant ambiance. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring York. Two steps down lead into the Shaker-style kitchen, equipped with a gas range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. French doors open out to an enclosed patio, ideal for al fresco dining and gatherings. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stylish dining room featuring a large dining table and a breakfast bar option. French doors from the dining room also lead to the enclosed patio, ensuring a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Two steps down from the dining area, you’ll find the house bathroom, which includes a bath with a shower over it and a heated towel rail for added comfort.

The upper floors house five more uniquely decorated bedrooms, each with a Smart TV and many with original feature fireplaces. A 50th Birthday Delight

Loved the house. Was set up really nicely and every room was a beauty (especially the suite, which I took!). The location is really great for city access, lying not far from the famous city wall, and there are plenty of pubs all around.When the sauna didn't start straight away, Rasta came around immediately to fix it all, and she was a lovely, helpful host.I would definitely recommend this place for adult trips.
