"The hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of York and easy to get to. The staff were lovely and were able to accommodate giving us a lower-level room, which was so helpful (especially when pregnant in a heatwave!). "Great and handy location for our family, 10/15 min walk to The Shambles. Room was a great size. Pool and sauna was a big hit to. Hotel and room were clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Vey handy having car parking facilities on site (charges apply)."
