"직원의 써비스 대응이 불친절합니다. 질문에 대한 답이 너무 퉁명스럽다. 불친절 할거면 출근을 안하면 되는데.... 여행자까지 힘들게 함"

"After coming from a similar accommodation in Busan, this one was a downgrade for basically the same price: the room was way smaller and the equipment provided was basic: there were no glasses at all, one large plate and two small ones only, no daily towel service. It is still a clean, modern room and a great location where you have plenty of local food options nearby.
One important item to consider: Guri is just outside Seoul city limits and you pay extra getting here by public transit. The...

"Room was very clean and well kept. Reception and check in process was easy and stress-free. The staff spoke enough English to make the check-in process smooth and we had glitches while booking via Expedia.
We definitely look forward to staying here again should our travels take us back to that area. Lots of food and other amenities nearby within short walking distance."

"Of course! Here’s a polished version:
My stay at the hotel was exactly as advertised. The room and the entire building were exceptionally clean. I had excellent communication with the management via WhatsApp; every day, they checked in to see if anything needed attention. They took care of daily laundry, fresh sheets, and towels. We even needed an outlet adapter, and they provided one free of charge. They also brought our luggage down from the second floor, which was a big help. Everything was...
