"Loved my two night stay here with my mother. Super quiet with good blackout curtains and AC, great for sleep. Shower had outstanding pressure and hot water, though they took the river stone trend pretty literally and you'll want to bring slides (provided with the room) into the WC. "The address as listed on Hotels.com is not correct. The hotel was in actual fact 3km outside Tam Coc. Since this is mainly what I’ve based my decision on when making the booking this is a major issue. When arriving at the hotel at 21:00 there was no one there and everything was closed and lights switched off - it said on Hotels.com the reception is available 24/7? It also said on Hotels.com there would be a buffet breakfast - this was definitely not the case. I feel misled and...

"Beautiful serene accomodation middle of mountains and rice paddies. Can’t be better than this. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Room had all the amenities required for the stay. Shower was nice and hot. Swimming pool was amazingly clean and big to soak long day at Ninh Binh. Breakfast was so delicious and just enough of options. "It was a special treat to stay here. If you have a motorbike and want to stay out of the crowds of tam coc for part of your visit it’s an easy 25 minute ride to all points of interest there. The place is full of amazing ponds that look like a fairy tale. We spent 2 nights and were the only guests. They made us dinner both nights. The hosts were amazing. The pool is giant and deep, but was empty and being cleaned. I loved the stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants some piece and quiet...

"Family owned hotel. The lady who owns this hotel along with her husband is really nice. She'll help you book tours and transportation if needed. She and her husband cooks the complimentary breakfast every morning and they also provide laundry service if needed. They work very hard to make you happy as their guests. Amenities are minimal and the room could use a little updating."

"We stayed for 2 nights, and although we have visited the temple complex last year, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here this time round. It was very peaceful and relaxing, and being able to walk the complex at night was eerily beautiful. Our room was a spacious,clean, and nice. The bed was big and comfy, and the bathroom was big too. "My family arrived at 8pm only to be greeted with a shocked look and being told that they did not have our 2 room booking. We were then asked to squeeze into a single unit, with the promise that the next night would as per our booking. The next night, it seemed they sold our room to another guest and proposed we squeeze into the single room again. We insisted on getting a new room and they (somehow magically) managed to clear one for us. Poor service. Also... The tap water there is brown....
