"Affordable, very clean, very private, and super friendly hosts! All amenities were provided.. anything you use in your daily life… it’s there! The property is beautiful and our family had a blast! Having a child under (2) they had a baby gate available which we needed for the stairs, and a pack and play (which we didn’t need) but great they had it available. We even got to feed to horses with the family! Highly recommended! And about 15 minutes from town. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Older country range style house. Spacious lot with beautiful view. 3 car carport. Large 3 bedrooms, great beds, 2 large bathrooms. Open concept living area - lots of seating, large kitchen with a huge island. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. Host responded quickly. It is 12 miles west of Cortez on a winding paved county road. An easy drive out. But 30 minutes before sunset, the sun can be blinding. "This little place is super cute and SO easy to stay in. The light switches and drawers all included labels, so finding things was really simple. Lots of really cool pine countertops, tables and shelves (if you appreciate quality woodwork). The location was quiet and pastoral, but only a few miles from Cortez and its assortment of restaurants. If I ever head to Mesa Verde again - which I may - this will be my first choice."

"The owner has remodeled this Adobe home and it's just very unique and cozy in a beautiful setting. All the appliances are new. Gorgeous variety of trees in this eclectic mountain neighborhood. The only recommendation I have is to inform tenants to bring their own toiletries and to add pictures of what's available in the kitchen. The back yard is large and perfect for your pet. Wonderful stay and a wonderful responsive host!!"

"Beautiful home in a nice safe family friendly neighborhood, sadly the government shutdown took away our reason for being in Cortez, visiting Mesa Verde so we may have to make a return trip. The Mexican food at La Casita was excellent value and delicious. We took a day trip to Telluride, the drive was amazing with the Aspens in their fall glory."

"This tiny house was situated on a cattle ranch. In the evenings we would hang out with the cows and enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. It was incredibly peaceful! Our dog loved the stay as well. The house had everything we needed. We used the grill one night which was a great option and we were close to Mesa Verde National Park."

"We had everything we needed! Since we were close to Walmart and a grocery store, we were able to shop and then cook all our meals in the big fully stocked kitchen. Beds and sheets were nice. Shower heads a little leaky. Everything was clean, with plenty of towels, hair dryers, and shower supplies. We were even able to run a quick load of laundry! Minor complaint: the backyard is not landscaped or really safe for letting the kids play out there or set up for us to hang out. There was a grill that...
