    Designed with large groups in mind, Waterview Place offers generous open-plan living, a beautifully appointed kitchen and seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining spaces that invite family and friends to come together. Whether you're enjoying long lunches on the alfresco, relaxing poolside, boating on the lake or gathering around the fire pit at sunset, every space has been thoughtfully created for memorable moments.

    Surrounded by peaceful natural scenery and positioned in one of Yarrawonga's most desirable waterfront locations, this home delivers the ultimate holiday experience.

    The advertised rate is based on 12 guests.

    • Maximum adult occupancy: 12 guests

    • Additional children may be permitted upon request

    • Due to council regulations and the residential location of the property, 16 adults cannot be accommodated

Along with local team members Jo, Kyla, and Karen is committed to ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.



    Strict noise restrictions apply. No noise after 10pm. There is zero tolerance to disrespectful behaviour.

    Private functions and parties are not permitted.

    A $1,000 security deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival.



    Booking Terms and Conditions:



    Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking.



    Noise restrictions, age restrictions and a strict Code of Conduct applies to all holiday houses in Yarrawonga. The Managing Agents have zero tolerance with regard to breeches of the Short Term Holiday Accommodation Code of Conduct. Call out fees apply and repeat breeches will result in the eviction of all guests from the property.



    - The property has noise-aware alarms which notify the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud.

    - This property is fitted with an external cameras on the facade of the home, front door and the back of the home, which are recording movements into and out of the home.



    Due to our high standard of holiday accommodation, we do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations.

    This excludes family bookings travelling with children.



    1. Outdoor areas including the swimming pool, lake jetty, outdoor decking and balconies are not to be used between 11.00pm to 7.00am.

    2. Disturbances to neighbours including parties, loud music and yelling, heard at anytime, might lead to eviction and forfeiture of your bond.



    Cancellation Policy:

    (1) Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:



    Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking.



    Booking Cancellation Policy:



    Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property.

    Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund.



    If a refund is requested, then a $110 administration fee will apply. Please note the 2% merchant fee and the 4% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded.



    Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply.



    Waterfront Holiday Houses are Managing Agents and the office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. Email and phone requests to change bookings will be responded to during these hours of operation only.

    Please note, in the event where the security bond was paid in advance, this will be returned within 7 days without an administration fee.

    While we respect our guests' privacy, the local Waterfront Holiday Houses team is available should you require assistance before or during your stay.

This property has plenty of room for our extended family of 16

Beautiful outlook to The Lake. Advertised with heated pool, advised it wouldn’t be hot but in fact it was icy!! The kids enjoyed the activities provided eg soccer and pool tables. Table tennis table also, but we ran out of time to make use of that!! Neighbours were great. Overall a fun time was enjoyed

Spacious & nice house

Plenty of room and nice layout. Pool is great (although only solar heated so pretty cold). Central heating didn’t work well so house is a bit cold too. Jetty needs some work, full of duck poo & old black tyres which leave marks on boat, wouldn’t leave boat here overnight. Ample car & trailer parking. Lake here is full of hazards & channels so not great right out front for skiing & boarding.

DM Golf HQ's / Accommodation

Waterfront House was perfect for our needs. Size of rooms, bedding arrangements / flexibility , cleanliness of Bath rm's & all facilities were top shelf. The homes design & room sizes allows for large groups to feel very comfortable . The pool was great , clean & provided the respite required for cool swim after 3 rounds of golf. We look forward to our next stay at the Waterfront.
