Aqua Vista – Family friendly accommodation right in the heart of Yarrawonga.

Aqua Vista is ideally located in the heart of Yarrawonga. A short stroll to the foreshore recreational area of Lake Mulwala and the closest boat ramp, while also being walking distance to restaurants and the main retail precinct.
With modern furnishings, this home consists of open plan kitchen, living and dining, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allowing accommodation for up to 10 people. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry make this an ideal holiday rental for families.
The configuration of the 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen bed & 1 single bunk bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed & 1 single bunk bed
All beds include mattress protector, pillows, donnas and sheets, no need to worry about the hassle of bringing linen. (Towels not provided.)
Aqua Vista has evaporative cooling throughout the home to cater for the hot Summer weather and ducted heating to keep you cosy and warm in those cooler months.
An undercover veranda where you can enjoy your BBQ's, the outdoors and watch the children play in the spacious back yard is set up for a perfect end to the day.
Smoking is only permitted outside.
This is the ideal holiday rental to enjoy a relaxing break with your family and friends.

Very comfortable property for an extended family stay and for others to visit. We made good use of both indoor and outdoor living areas. Would stay again. NB. Need to highlight in listing BYO towels, and please re-stock sugar in pantry.

Perfect place to spend quality time with your friends

We had a great time. All the cooking items in the property were useful. Bathrooms were clean and good. Only thing was property didn’t have any towels. It had in other places which I stayed. So we expected it to have some towels. Other than that everything was good. Checkin and checkout process was also smooth

A great base for visiting family

We enjoyed our Christmas stay at The Wakehouse. Its only a short walk to the lake and a few streets from shops. Our family was very comfortable. Communication with Shane was timely and helpful. Thanks!

close to town

We enjoyed staying at the Wake House, House was neat and tidy. It’s a busy road so take care when reversing the boat trailer. The Carport was not wide enough to accommodate the boat but this was scheduled to be addressed after we had left.

the location was handy as it was walking distance to town and lake. House was tidy, well presented and clean. All enquiries either house related or general were answered promptly, detailed and with a friendly demeanour. I would recommend this house.
