The communication with the host was great. The house was exceptional, the decor lovely and the beds comfortable.There are two living areas which was great if some wanted to go and watch a dvd in the other lounge.The pool table was put to good use by our group.The kitchen had everything you need to make preparing food easy.The outdoor area was undercover with a large table and chairs, a TV and a lounge and chairs, very comfortable.

The property is perfect for a group of up to 8 people having a golf weekend. Large bedrooms, modern kitchen and a great games room. The host was readily contactable and made it very easy to check in. The location was very convenient being so close to Black Bull golf course.

Golf weekend.

The property was perfect for us. It had everything you could need and the welcome goodies were very much appreciated. Tracey answered my calls promptly and was very helpful. Could not fault our stay here. Just wish my golf was as good as the property.

Amazing getaway, perfect location

We were a large group and the house was perfect for us. The whole house was beautifully laid out and the kids loved the bunk beds. Even though it rained for a fair bit, there was lots to occupy all the kids whose ages were from 2-11. The location is perfect to so many things. Tracey is such a lovely host. She went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Family catch up

My 85 year old mother, 2 sisters, niece and great nieces had two nights here. Was fantastic from the welcome pack on arrival to the comfortable beds we have n complaints. Just wish we had more time. House was extremely comfortable, child friendly and very relaxed. Tracey was extremely helpful and we all enjoyed our stay.

Family Weekend Away.

Beautiful large house with everything you may possibly need for a comfortable homely stay. Spacious bedrooms and living areas. Perfect for a family of 7 adults and 2 little ones. Very rare to find accommodation with four queen size beds as well as single beds. Excellent communication with home owner. Very accommodating with a few extra needs that were requested. Highly recommend.

A beautiful large open plan home. 5 bedrooms with multiple sleeping arrangements which also includes a sofa bed and trundle beds if required. Quiet, a great location and amazing picturesque walks were had
