The Space:
Occupying the entire first floor of a boutique complex in central Yamba, this generously scaled apartment includes a private lift entrance, expansive open-plan living, a private garden, sea breezes from all sides and an entertainer’s balcony with ocean glimpses and BBQ.

You’ll enjoy full use of the home’s premium features: a granite-bench kitchen with Miele appliances, servery window, air-conditioned living area, Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, full laundry, powder room and secure basement parking for two cars. Outdoor dining, afternoon naps and sunset drinks come standard.

The sleeping arrangement includes the beautiful master suite with queen bed, ceiling fan and ensuite, plus your choice of second bedroom — either the twin or queen bedroom which both have ceiling fans and direct access onto the courtyard. We'll simply lock the doors to the other two bedrooms so you're not paying for rooms you don't need.

Start your day with a dip at Main, wander over to the protected cove of Convent, or take in the sweeping coastline at Pippi – all without ever needing the car. And when you're ready to refuel, Yamba’s buzzing café and restaurant scene, charming boutiques and the legendary Pacific Hotel are all within easy walking distance. This is coastal living at its best.

Getting Around:
Getting around from Zinc One Select is refreshingly simple – you can leave your vehicle/s parked in the secure basement and explore almost everything on foot. With beaches, cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and walking trails all just moments away, you’ll find yourself slipping into an easy, relaxed rhythm. If you're keen to explore further afield, scenic drives to Angourie, Brooms Head or the hinterland are all within comfortable reach.

We will automatically set you up with access to the twin bedroom as the second bedroom unless you let us know that you prefer a queen size bed instead.
