Lisa was swiftly responsive to any questions we had both prior to our booking and whilst we were in the Villa. Villa is ideally placed with a well-stocked supermarket 1 minutes walk away. Very private and is just like it seems in the images. Nice quiet area but lovely walk to Marina and the busier part of Playa Blanca, but also a bus stop on the doorstep if walking not your thing. Villa has all the amenities you could require with lost of wardrobe space and really good television channels if you want to stay in one evening. Nice pool (which we had heated as weather was a bit changeable in March - well worth it). We would definitely stay there again and I can highly recommend it.

Excellent villa and location

This was our third holiday in Playa Blanca, but first in a private villa. We are a family of 5. On the prior holiday we drove around checking out locations for this one.Location of Villa Katarina is excellent - walking distance of two supermarkets (across the road) and children’s play park, or along the coast on paved path to Marina Rubicón/ further. An off road parking space is available and the street has plenty of on road parking too. With the car (we have always used Autoreisen) you can drive within minutes to the beaches Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo, to the town center, or elsewhere.The villa itself is everything the description suggests - plenty of space inside to relax and dine, three good bedrooms upstairs with super comfy beds, and then the large pool and outside area with seating and sun loungers. Our teenagers and especially our 6yo were very happy with the pool.The kitchen is very well provisioned with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, large fridge, freezer, and induction hob. The instructions are in a drawer - but I found this after searching online for what “Lo” meant on the hob - Locked, not Low!The TV has an extensive selection of English channels via IPTV, including video on demand movies if your youngest really wants to watch A Minecraft Movie again.Lisa, the host, gave clear communications whilst booking and before arrival. Thanks Lisa!Would definitely visit again.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful villa

Villa Katrina is a lovely villa ,very conveniently located in a quiet relaxed area but a lovely costal walk to Marina Rubicon which has a good choice of restaurant and bars . The villa has everything needed for self catering as well , very well equipped with everything one could need . The villa is also close to the bus route with a bus stop at the end of the road .There is an abundance or easy parking in the area . Would definitely stay here again

Lanzarote November ‘24

This has been our 4th stay in Playa Blanca, and this time we wanted to be closer to the vibe of Marina Rubicon. Villa Katarina was perfect in every way. The location was ideal for us, with the convenience of being close to the supermarket, and local bus route in to town (or beyond). The villa lived up to our expectations; it was lovely and clean, and had everything that we needed for 5 adults. Our host Lisa was excellent at getting back with answers to any questions - nothing was too much trouble All in all, I would definitely recommend staying in this villa if you’re looking for a complete and comfortable stay in a vibrant location.

Overall great place to stay

Villa has everything you need and is clean. Good layout inside and spacious. Nice pool and outside area. Host was helpful and quick to answer any queries. Most of all we loved the location of this villa. So convenient for the supermarkets just over the road and it is within a 20 minute walking distance of the marina which is definitely the classiest part of playa blanca. There are some lovely restaurants and shops at the marina, we walked it daily and sometimes twice a day.

Perfect Stay

This villa is perfectly positioned in a peaceful area but within easy reach of the lively parts of the island. The villa itself has everything you need and was very clean and beds were really comfortable. The pool is perfect for a morning swim and was a lovely suntrap being nicely sheltered from the winds. Fantastic holiday and if we come back to the island would definitely book this villa again.

FABULOUS VILLA IN OUR FAVOURITE LOCATION!

We had the most brilliant time, and had our eye on this villa for some time but it had always been booked up before. We loved the privacy, location etc and everything is provided for a fantastic holiday! We would love to stay there again if the option arose in the future.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful week in the sun at Villa Katerina. The property has an idea location within walking distance to Maina Rubicon and ideally located just far enough away to enjoy the quiet of an evening. Playa Blanca is a longer walk (but still walkable) or a very short drive away. A shop, taxi rank and bus stop are all situated just outside the villa - you really couldn’t get a better location. All of Lisa’s recommendations for restaurants/car hire/day trips were a great success. Lisa was a top host, with great communication from the time of booking until the end of our stay. We are already looking for dates to return…!

Amazing

The property was actually better than advertised! Not only was it, clean, beautifully furnished and in an ideal location facing two supermarkets and not far from the rubicon marina and playa Blanca centre but it had everything promised and more. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a villa with a private pool and a great family get away. Will hopefully be booking again for our next visit to lanzarote.

Villa Katarina

We had an amazing stay in Villa Katarina, the property is fantastic and has everything you would need on your holiday. The property has loads of space and coin operated air-conditioning. Lisa the host was super and answered any questions very quickly. A lovely gesture of wine and a few goodies was given to us. The pool is great, we were there for 10 days from 20th August and didnt need the pool heated. A lovely 10/15 walk to Marina Rubicon, and a further 10 minute walk to Playa Dorado which is a beautiful beach. Huge advantage is the supermarket across the road, aling with Antonis cafe/bar, lovely friendly staff. I would highly recommend this villa, and will definitely return. Thank you Lisa

Great Holiday

Great holiday, home from home in a beautiful villa with beautiful views. 20 minute walk to the Marina every time was breathtaking. We loved our 2 week stay and would definitely recommend the Villa and the Marina. Lisa was very helpful. The Marina had lots of lovely restaurants, the food was great. Would definitely come back. Home from home with sunshine

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa Katarina. Very comfortable and clean inside and out. British TV if you want it. Pool heated to perfection. Supermarket on the doorstep and a short taxi ride into town or a nice coastal walk in the evening. Loved it so much we have already rebooked for November.

Fantastic Villa

This was a great villa in Playa Blanca. Right from the initial booking, Lisa was a great host and answered everything needed and when we had a couple of issues in the villa, they were resolved within a maximum of 30 minutes, outstanding service. The location of the villa is great, on the other side of the road to 2 supermarkets. Walk left on the main road down to the sea, turn left and you are at centro commercial in 10 mins, turn right and at marina rubicon in 15/20 minutes. The villa itself was very spacious for the 4 of us adults, everything you need is provided inside, all kitchen equipment, bedding etc. Lounge is big with sofas and TV showing all English channels. The internet was great, no issues at all. The outside is very well set-up, with a lovely pool (recommend the heated pool if out of season, was lovely!) and eating area etc. Highly recommend this villa. Cheers Gary
