Welcome to Villa Elizabeth Rubicon, a beautiful homely white-washed property, ideal for your summer vacation. Located in an ultra-convenient location, this villa, at car optional, is a stone's throw from the very center of Playa Blanca, its high-end Marina, shopping center, and a variety of restaurants and bars. The Marina, with its seafront restaurants, is the ideal backdrop for romantic evening meals.
Alternatively, evenings can be had back at the villa, as you'll find a six-seater dining table and BBQ station for alfresco cooking. A garden sofa provides a cosy spot for some midday reading, as you soak up the sunshine in style with a glass of local wine in-hand. Inside, the villa is homely, with splashes of colour throughout, good-sized bedrooms, and complimentary pool towels for the duration of your stay. Fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine, you'll find all you may need for a self-catering holiday in the sun. *Any items marked with an asterisk may be subject to an additional charge.
This is a developing resort and we would like to inform you that there is currently construction work taking place on a large plot approximately 40–50 metres from Villa Elizabeth Rubicon. The project involves the development of new townhouses.
Due to the position of the site, it is screened by a neighbouring villa and surrounding walls, which may help reduce its and noise impact.
As this is a large, ongoing project, there is a possibility of intermittent construction noise in the vicinity during your stay.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will contact guests where we feel there stay may be affected.
