Villa Beyond is located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. This semi-detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps

Additional Information

This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Amazing! Highly recommend!!

We had the most fabulous stay in this villa We were three friends and there was plenty of space. Could easily sleep about 3 more people. The communication with the hosts was reliable and helpful. The villa was sparkling and spotlessly clean upon arrival and nicer than the pictures! The private pool was exceptional and such a treat. The amenities were useful and fabulous. The villa has everything equipped and all essentials available. Even garage and parking space outside for car rental.The location was superb and a 1 minute walk from the local shops/cafes. And a short drive to the beach. We were so impressed. Cannot fault the place.Thank you so much and would definitely book to come again and recommend to family and friends

House ok, but no noise insulation and two construction sites nearby

House as described and ok, but no noise insulation to the neighbors, they wake up each day at 6:30 am. You even hear the toilet flush and understand them speaking. Two construction sites in 100 m distance, one with a big drill hammer and very noisy, at the other one, they are burning plastics and it stinks terribly. Property manager and the agency in ok not helpful at all, also no refund from them.

Villa pas très bien équipée 6p : manque vaisselle, papier toilette, produits d'entretien, huile...

On vient depuis quelques années sur l'ile. Très bon emplacement. Pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée. Appel plateforme (à Londres ! pas très pratique, difficulté pour se comprendre). Par contre réactivité de la personne assurant l'entretien. Billard : très bonne idée, par contre que 2 cannes

A lovely place

Overall this was a well equipped villa that was spacious and immaculately kept. We found the Villa location almost perfectly but feel that it would help future travellers to have the door number 33 as the very small "Villa Beyond" sticker is not easily seen from the roadside. I was a little bit shocked basics like toilet paper were not included. We made what we had enough to last from around the various bathrooms but a consideration. Also I have never had to supply EVERYTHING before from bin bags to washing up liquid but was a small price to pay. The kitchen whilst well equipped could have been better. Several times if both the hob and oven were on it would trip the fuse box. A bit of an inconvenience. There weren't actually any cupboards to store food in either. So, we did a big shop to last us and found we had to pile it all on the sides... This wouldn't have been such a problem I guess but we discovered that we had an ant issue which appeared to start at the Dishwasher. We had to put it on twice a day to keep them at bay as couldn't locate where they were coming from. They dishwasher was full of them so think from the pipes. Incendently we had to throw food away as the ants reached it twice. Aside from that my only other suggestion would be to provide a fob for the garage, A bit of a nuisance to have to go down to get car out then lock up and go all the way up again to go out front door. Overall a lovely villa and only reason for no return is cost next year

Beautiful villa

Great villa in a quiet area. Easily accessible are a few bars and several restaurants and a large supermarket. They are literally4 muns walk away.. Cheap taxi fare into Playa Blanca or a 30 min walk by the sea. The villa is spacious and very clean. We loved our stay this May. It is a 40 min drive from the airport and taxi fare was £56.
