Private Villa With Electric Heated Pool and Wifi, Mature Gardens Close To Town

This villa is set in the Red Volcano area of Playa Blanca. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms (1 en-suite). It sleeps up to 6 people. There is one double bedroom and 2 x twin rooms.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine . The lounge is comfortably furnished with TV (full UK TV package including Movies and Sport channels) and DVD player available. The villa has Wifi connection included in the price. The villa is wheelchair friendly.

There is a dining area with seating for 6 alternatively you can use the al fresco dining table and chairs on the upper terrace area.

This lovely peaceful villa has its own private south facing garden with pool which is both solar and electrically heated and is not overlooked by neighbours. There are comfortable sunbeds around the pool, perfect for lazy days ! There is also an upper terrace with large exterior dining table and chairs, ideal for al-fresco dining and any keen chefs can turn their hand at the Canarian style BBQ. For your convenience there is a poolside shower room.
The villa is in a good location a 10 min walk to the nearest beach which is called Playa Flamingo, with restaurants and bars and supermarkets. A further 10 minutes into the town centre of Playa Blanca were you will find a large selection of restaurants and bars and shops for you to browse around. Car hire is not essential as the villa is close to town but there is also a local bus service if required.
Clean and linen change is provided for guests staying longer than 14 nights.
Pool Heating included in the price in the winter months (Nov to April). All other dates 75 pounds per week.
Cot and high chair can be hired locally if required.
Wheelchair friendly.

Very well equipped and very comfortable

Had a very relaxing week here. Villa is very well equipped for a home from home stay. Pool area catches the sun all day and is surrounded by a well kept and tidy garden. Pool heating wasn’t working ( not that we noticed) but was fixed quickly. The owner was proactive in keeping us informed on the engineers attendance. The TV is via the internet and the internet is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it works fine, other times it freezes and neither TV not internet are useable. We restarted etc and tried the reset procedure, but without much success. Villa was very clean, beds comfortable, shower in en suite very good- we only used 1 bedroom as just the 2 of us. Location is as described so a bit of a walk to the beach, shops or town, but nothing excessive if you’re expecting it. One of the few places we’re likely to return to.

Clean and good villa

Good but some small things could improve it massively, such as a welcome back that included more than a bottle of water, and pool towels. Wifi and TV were good and appreciated to get the kids out of the sun for a bit

Lovely villa in a quiet neighborhood

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The hosts were very responsive and all communications were clear. The villa is in a very quiet neighborhood and is a short walk to stores and the beaches in Playa Blanca. The pool and outdoor spaces were lovely. We would highly recommend the villa for a relaxing stay.

Another fantastic stay!

This is our second stay at this villa and, once again, we had a wonderful time. The villa itself is beautiful and we especially love the beautiful garden setting. We found communication with the host/management to be very quick and helpful. We had a late flight home, and we asked if it was possible to check out later (as long as no one else was due to arrive). Our host replied quickly and assured us that this was fine. We wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again!

The villa and pool were kept very clean and tidy. Cleaning staff and pool man came at regular intervals and did an excellent job. The garden was a pleasant relaxing space. However, to say that the Villa is not overlooked by the neighbours, is incorrect as the garden wall separating the semi-detached villas is only approximately 1.35m high and 4m long, so the neighbours garden is clearly visible, as is this garden! Also the six sunbeds all need replacing, as they all have been repaired with cable ties and white gaffer tape. The kitchen hasn't enough work surfaces, how six people would manage, I don’t know and the extractor fan has been removed (cable still visible). The family shower room basin unit has water damage. In my opinion the villa needs general updating to make it worth the money you are currently charging.

Good location good pool tired villa

The villa needs refurbishment. The pool is excellent especially with the outside bathroom. Inside the villa really needs refurbishment.little to no storage in the kitchen. All of the mattresses on the beds need replacing a none were particularly comfortable. We have been to Lanzarote several times and feel that other villas we have stayed at offer better value for money. That said, I am sure this villa will suit a family with children.. Overall happy, but there is definitely room for improvement.

2nd time at this villa. Late arrival so it would have been nice to have a small welcome package other than 1 bottle of water. Lighting in bathroom needs updating and some new plastic glasses would be nice. Cool box for beach would be great. However we had a lovely holiday, the pool is great and location spot on. Im sure we would consider returning for a 3rd time.

Simply heavenly!

We wanted a relaxing week in the sun, and chose a villa to allow us privacy (and our own pool!). We couldn't have asked for a better place. This villa had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped, with an amazing pool surrounded by beautiful gardens. The location was so peaceful, but within easy walking distance of the beach and places to eat. We would definitely book this villa again!

Nice villa but would be better with some minor upgrades. Nearly sure I had put aircon as filter for search, but villa just had fans in eaxh bedroom. Service of villa management staff 100%. Overall had a lovely family holiday for 2 wks

Very nice house

The pictures correspond to what we expected there. A great property in a very nice location. However, there are a few pointers that might be of interest: 1. The double bed is comfortable but narrow 2. The single beds take some getting used to 3. The house is noisy 4. Also in January there are a lot of mosquitoes 5. The pool is cleaned regularly 6. The kitchen is efficient 7. Sitting area is comfortable 8. The toilets are great 9. It's quiet, only sometimes you can hear the Aqualand

Great holiday villa

Stayed in this villa in August and it did not disappoint. It was ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The villa was as described, clean and tidy in a quiet location. The pool was great with a lovely outside area where we spent most of our time. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance but we often took advantage of the public electric scooters which were great fun and easy to use. We visited the nearby aquapark and beaches of playa blanca where we enjoyed snorkeling. We arranged a private transfer to and from the airport which was spot on time. We contacted the villa company via email with a question during our stay and received a prompt reply. Excellent holiday villa which we would highly recommend.

Great property, nice location

The property was as described just few mins walk from the beach with nice bars and restaurants and 15-20 mins walk from the larger playa Blanca area with a much bigger selection. Rental was well organised and excellent communication, no problems at all.

Family Holiday Post Covid

Property and location was excellent, pool was great especially the steps and long rails to enter the pool. We had an elder member who struggles with steps and they found it easy to enter and exit the pool. Would definitely book again.

Nice Villa with great Pool and secluded spot easily walkable to town.

Would definitely return to the Villa, a stones throw from the water park if you have young kids and within reach of a lot of decent restaurants and Playa Flamingo beach.

An oasis of calm

The villa is set back, away from all the hustle and bustle of every day life, but, close enough to dip in and out of restaurants and shops when needed. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals and pleasant to mill around at your leisure. The terrace is fab for relaxing and eating meals, the pool is an absolute gem and well maintained. The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The other two bedrooms are more basic and would advise that the beds are more suited to younger persons and not suitable for pushing together. Area feels safe and the villa’s security system is excellent and very reassuring. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

A lovely winter break

Wonderful holiday!

We've just had an incredible two weeks at the villa. It exceeded our expectations. Beautiful house, excellent location (just a short walk to bars, restaurants and the beach) and immaculate pool which the kids were never out of. We definitely want to return in the future! Special thanks to the owners/villa management for their excellent communication and being so accommodating.
