Holiday home with Private Heated Pool In Own Walled Grounds

Our holiday home (licensed Vivienda Vactional) is privately owned and maintained with a private electrically heated pool in its own walled grounds. Set in a tranquil location offering the perfect get away and yet near the centre of Playa Blanca. The accommodation comprises of a lounge, kitchen, spacious bathroom and large master bedroom with ample wardrobe space. Below are details of the facilities provided in the property. Situated on El Parque del Rey, we are a walk to the harbour and just a further 5 minutes to the main shopping street with three supermarkets. Following COVID-19 we ensure that the property has at least 8 man hours of cleaning between guests.

Had a lovely sunny warm week for Halloween with my wife and kids. Villa was lovely and matched the positive reviews of the prior guests. Andrew the host was lovely to deal with and prompt to reply. Would recommend and will hopefully return in the future.

Villa was lovely and clean, and Andrew had gone the extra mile by leaving a welcome basket with lots of goodies in it was a lovely touch. Kitchen had everything in it you could possibly want even down to the bin bags . Pool and sunbathing area perfect

Another great stay at this lovely property. Communication with the host is excellent, so helpful and flexible. The house is left immaculately clean on arrival - there are lots of little touches that you just don't get in other rentals that really add to the home from home feeling.Very hot during our stay, so was amazing to have a sheltered area outdoors to hide under! (again - not something that all properties have). The area is so quiet - we just want to read and relax on holiday and this gave us the peace and quiet we wanted.Main resort is 20 mins stroll away with endless choice of restaurants.Cannot wait to return. Thanks again for hosting us!

this is the perfect size villa for a couple , although two bedrooms, we used bedroom #2 as our dressing room leaving the main bedroom clutter free. The villa has everything you need for a stay abroad. It’s located in a quiet urbanisation and everything is a short walk away. If you have car hire the villa has it’s only parking space and a huge lidl is an easy car ride away for shopping. However if not, there are various SPAR supermarkets within easy walking distance of the villa, just take bags( there are various in the kitchen to use) The main strip of restaurants and bars are down at the Marina rubicon, it was a ten minute walk from the villa and it was nice to walk off yer meal afterwards going back. Swimming pool is amazing. only think that would elevate this villa would be to instal air con, the fans in each room were ok but they just circulate the warm air. Otherwise perfect villa, location etc host is very receptive and accomodate don’t late check out due to an evening flight five stars

Der Aufenthalt in Playa Blanca im Haus von Andrew war von vorne bis hinten unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus war sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Pool bietet genug Platz zum spielen. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig-wenn man nicht jeden Tag vor Ort bleiben möchte, empfehlen wir ein Leihfahrzeug, sonst kann die Entfernung, gerade bei sehr warmen Wetter, doch weit/anstrengend sein. Wenn es Unklarheiten gab, konnte man sich darauf verlassen, dass Andrew zeitnah antwortete. Wir haben uns durchweg wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter.

50th birthday

We went for 10 nights just returned and couldn't have spent my 50th birthday anywhere better.Just what we like private and quiet.Andrew was so nice and communication easy.He allowed us extended booking out by a couple hours due to our pick up time for home.The pool was clean and the villa very clean.The area lovely about 20 mins walk into town.Taxis in town when we didn't want to walk.We also had a take away no problem.A lovely place.

Beautiful relaxing Villa

This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom Villa was a lovely place to stay. The communication with the hosts (Andrew and John) was excellent, with the check-in/out very easy. We also appreciated the basket of "welcome goodies".It was different having the pool in the front of the of Villa and I thought that privacy would be an issue, but it wasn't too bad. The side walls are high and the car provided some privacy from the front gate. The location is good, but you really need a car to get around. The walk to the shops in Playa Blanca takes a leisurely 20-30 mins. Lanzarote is a very interesting Island, very baron with volcanos and black rock everywhere... no water-ways anywhere. Interesting cactus gardens, nice little beaches, great food and lovely people, and good tourist spots. Still a lot of areas under development. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend staying in this Villa at this location. Thank you Andrew & John.

Wonderful villa in great location

We had a week at the villa during easter. Its in a lovely quiet location about 10min walk to the promenade. The pool is great, warm and a good size. The villa itself is well equipped and was perfect for a family of four with lots of shaded areaa outside. There was also good privacy screening to the road - although we barely saw anyone go past. We'd definitely stay again.

A gem of a place

We had absolutely everything we needed for our relaxing break. The villa was lovely and clean. The facilities were perfect for us with the bonus of a lovely heated pool. We ate out every night as there is a fantastic choice to choose from. Our hosts checked in on us to see that everything was fine. We would love to come back here in the very near future. Definitely recommended.

Lovely

I stayed for a week with my daughter. The villa is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden feels private and is not overlooked. The walk into town takes around 20 minutes, so it is in a great position to be peaceful, however close enough to not need to drive. We loved it!

Great Base

Well equipped villa with an amazing heated pool suitable for winter swimming. The villa has all necessary self-catering facilities including full oven, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and washing machine.. Wi-fi was good quality. Host (Andrew) very polite and supportive. . Flamingo Beach and town centre can both be reached on foot in about 20-30 minutes (dependant on how fast you walk) but the walks to either are pleasant. Beds comfortable. Would definately recommend to anyone wantingbto relax . pleasant

Lovely villa ideal for 2

Lovely villa in a quiet area just outside Playa Blanca town. Ideal for 2 people with its own small private heated pool and everything you need for a relaxing restful holiday. Marina Rubicón 5 mins drive has some lovely restaurants ( would recommend Lani’s)

Everything 5 Stars

Firstly the property is very well presented with ample space and a lovely pool. WiFi was faultless. The local amenities are within a short distance and the beaches were clean with nice clear water. 2 local water parks are within a few minutes walk. A lovely quiet residential area far enough away to be peaceful yet close enough to the main areas. Andrew and John (and Pepper the dog) are absolutely amazing hosts who went out of their way to give that ‘extra care’ feel and would have always been on hand should we have needed them. All in all, a 5*+ rating from us and very, very highly recommended.

Excellent stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew's villa. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating, and the villa was impeccably clean, located in a quiet and safe area. The bus stop to Playa Blanca is just a few minutes away, and the center of Playa Blanca is only a 20-minute walk. There's also a lovely water park about a 10-minute walk away, which was perfect for young children.
