Casa Diama 2 - Shared Pool By LVH

Casa Diama 2 is a rural house with 1 bedroom, an independent terrace and shared swimming pool, located in the heart of La Geria and built on the ashes of the 18th-century eruption, a spectacular place to enjoy a unique environment.



Located in a beautiful valley between the mountains of Diama and El Chupadero, at 450 metres above sea level, within the iconic Protected Landscape of La Geria, surrounded by vineyards cultivated on volcanic ash, the 50,000 m2 estate borders Timanfaya National Park to the west and offers views of the sea and volcanoes, in a privileged natural setting.



The exterior area, shared with another apartment, has a swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers and beautiful views of the vineyards. The apartment is 60 m2 and has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a living-dining room with sofa, television and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 4-burner hob, toaster, kettle and American coffee maker. Next to the terrace there is an external room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.



Upon arrival, a set of towels per person, pool towels, and bed linen are provided. It is important to note that the television does not have Spanish channels, that parties or gatherings are not allowed in the house without prior notice, and that in case of non-compliance, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.



Outside of guest reservation periods, the property is monitored by Prosegur using motion sensors and exterior cameras.
