The Space:

Casa Flamingo is a spacious and stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa set in the sought-after Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca, offering beautiful sea views and a relaxed setting perfect for families and groups of up to 8 guests.



The villa’s standout feature is its fantastic outdoor space. Enjoy a private heated pool, hot tub and generous sun terrace with comfortable loungers and seating areas, ideal for long days in the sunshine. There is also a pool table and foosball table, providing great entertainment for all ages, along with a built-in Canarian-style BBQ for relaxed al fresco dining.



Inside, the villa offers bright and open-plan living, with a spacious lounge, dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen, all leading directly onto the terrace through large sliding doors. Free high-speed fibre internet and a comprehensive TV package with international and sports channels ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The villa features 4 well-appointed bedrooms: one super king room, one king room and two twin rooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. There are 3 bathrooms in total, including two shower rooms (one with a large walk-in shower) and a family bathroom with a shower over bath. Most bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor feel.



All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning (coin-operated), allowing you to create the perfect sleeping environment throughout your stay.



A separate laundry room houses the washing machine, adding extra convenience for longer stays.

Online Check-in & Arrival Information



To help ensure a smooth arrival, all guests staying at the property are kindly asked to complete our online check-in form. This is a legal requirement and must be completed for every guest before arrival.



Once full payment has been received and the online check-in has been completed for everyone in your party, we will send you the property directions and key entry details.



These details are normally sent 7 days prior to your arrival, so you will have everything you need in good time for your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Flamingo is located in the popular Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca, offering a relaxed setting with excellent amenities close by. Aqualava Water Park is just 120 metres away, while a supermarket, restaurants, bars, and the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach are all within easy walking distance.



The centre of Playa Blanca is approximately 1.7 km away, offering a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, beaches, and entertainment. With the stunning Montaña Roja volcano nearby, the area is also ideal for scenic walks and exploring the local coastline.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, with the nearest bus stop is conveniently located just 300 metres from the villa, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special. Please ask for details.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.

Should you prefer a more personal welcome, our friendly Guest Relations team can visit shortly after your arrival to ensure everything is perfect for your stay - just let us know in advance and we’ll arrange this for you.
