Nice site and they gave me Freee upgrade quiet room was nice but the staff lack professionalism, the spa was the worst back massage I ever had but at least they refund me after I complained and most staff does not speak any English

The accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. FLC Sea Tower Quy Nhon Sea View Apartment
As we checked in my room 11 floors very terrible broken lamp and toilet broken not much water. Next day they offer change room down futher was better room everything is okay. Will stay more next trips
