"Great stay at Grand Hyam. Staff were very professional yet friendly and helpful when needed. We booked 2 rooms via Agoda and booked an extra room on the spot via Expedia. "Nice quiet room we had. Don’t know if you had one on other side. Staff was friendly although English was limited. At breakfast the staff very helpful. I asked for 1 hour delay at checkout but they were only able to accommodate 30min. Room are nice and clean. Since it’s holiday weekend a lot of kids. Made the pool water not as clear as you would expect. I would stay here again. "
