    We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible.     We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook). We rented The Taylor House for a wedding weekend. It was perfect for our family. The place was clean and well appointed for our needs. It was close to the venue and great restaurants. My mother is wheelchair bound and the house accommodated her very well. The property manager was great at communicating with us throughout our stay. We would rent this home again.

The location of the house was great. House was stocked well and had everything we needed. It was clean which is huge for me personally. Nice for families being on a one way street with not much traffic at all. The beach area is so nice. It wasn't crowded at all. My only qualm was using the code that was sent to me did not work and I had to immediately call for help. No one answered so when I text I did get a response with a new code. Same with the storage unit, code didn't work. Had to ask about that one as well. We had a wonderful time other than that.

We used this property for an overflow of guests that we had this weekend. The property is perfect for that! Big bedrooms and nice space to gather. Location was perfect too!

Awesome week!

The house was awesome! Just steps from the beach, it was everything we needed. Tons of beach chairs and towels that made it very easy. Very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to a coffee shop and great restaurant with beautiful views. Wonderful way to spend the 4th!

Loved the Taylor House

We have stayed at many rentals in Wrightsville over the years and this was bye far the best house we have stayed at. Super clean , great location being able to walk to the beach with your own access and close to the Crystal Pier made it ideal. Will definitely be coming back to the Taylor House !

Fabulous vacation!!

The Taylor House has everything you could need for a wonderful time at the beach! The location is near restaurants and it is a quick walk to the beach. This was our second visit here and I highly recommend it for a family gathering spot!!

Fantastic Vacation Get Away

Everything about the property was exceptional. The bedrooms are very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, porches are great, AC works well, plenty of hot water, nice outdoor shower for rinsing off, short and easy walk to the beach. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. Check-in and out was a breeze. If this property is available just book it!

Fun week at the beach

Our family enjoyed our week at the beach. House location is close to the beach and within walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a surf shop. Storage closet has bikes, beach chairs and other beach toys available for use. Only complaint would be seating in den area could be more comfortable.

We were looking for a place close to the beach that was comfortable for everyone. We enjoyed the place quite a bit. The attention to detail by the property owners was welcomed. Wonderful Stay!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was the most well-equipped house I think I’ve ever stayed in at WB. From a traditional coffee maker to a keurig, to a crock pot (we had brought our own and didn’t need) to bikes, beach chairs, bath towels, and beach towels...there was nothing we didn’t need. I had previously stayed in another company’s rental over Memorial Day, and we had to go out and purchase pans to make dinner because there had been nothing! Sheets were even put on beds here! It was lovely and having things provided made for such an easy stay. I have worked with many other rental companies, and I will always use Seascape from now on if at all possible! We had views of the Intracoastal as well as of the ocean. I would definitely rent here again. BTW...I was not paid for this review! :) New furniture in living area and white paint in living and kitchen would go a long way. House is “attached” to a house in front which is oceanfront but it was not a problem.

Perfect for Multiple Family Gatherings

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first two floors of the home were beautifully updated and clean. The third floor smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, which we were able to air out after two days. We also found cigarettes in the trash can. Thankfully, it was late September and it wasn't terribly hot to have the windows open. I emailed the property manager to tell her about the smell, but she didn't respond. Prior to that email she had been most accommodating and very helpful/friendly. The elevator was useful for my father who recently suffered a heart attack and couldn't do stairs (the reason we were visiting), but we didn't feel comfortable with him staying on the 3rd floor because of the cigarette smell and his recent surgery. Im so torn giving this review because we enjoyed nearly every aspect of the home. However, we were turned off when the property manager didn't at least reply to our email about the smell or offer to have a cleaner come spray a neutralizer, etc. The couches in the living room were also really dirty and need to be replaced. When my mom swept the kitchen prior to leaving she had a huge dust pan full of pet hair and we didn't bring any pets. I'd carefully consider all of this if you have small kids like we did.
