  • Welcome to the Channel house! A beautiful beach home with 3 levels of personal sounds views. Experience one of our favorite locations at Wrightsville beach, tucked along a quiet residential street, just far enough off the busy thoroughfare but walkable to all of the island restaurants, shopping + beach accesses. The magic however is found on your expansive decks overlooking Banks Channel and your private deep water dock…swim, fish, swing in the hammock or bring your boat to live like a local.

    The Channel House will quickly become your new favorite home away from home at Wrightsville Beach. We’re proud to welcome many returning guests year after year — a true testament to the charm, comfort, and unforgettable views this coastal retreat offers.

    Step inside to find spacious, light-filled living areas that open to expansive sound views and cool coastal breezes. From sunrise coffee to golden-hour cocktails, there’s plenty of space to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
    Start your morning on the covered porch, watching boats drift toward Masonboro Island. Spend lazy afternoons swaying- Jimmy Buffet style in the pier hammock before a sunset swim or drinks on the pier. Skip the busy boat ramp — your stay includes a complimentary deep-water boat slip for easy access to the Intracoastal.

We are locals to the area and we rented Channel House for the rehersal party for my sons wedding. EVERYTHING was excellent. There was limited parking at the but the Elementary school is right around the corner and within walking distant - this was not a problem at all. The accomodations are perfect and plenty of towels, bedding, blankets, & pillows. The view was a Million Dollar view. So peaceful! I would definitely rent this house again and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a great location.

Family had a blast

Perfect Channel-Side Getaway

This waterfront home exceeded our expectations. Perched along the channel, the house treated us to a spectacular view. The comfortable interior provided everything we needed, and the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re looking for a relaxing Wrightsville Beach retreat, this is it.

Outstanding! The house is awesome. Very clean, perfect location with lots of amenities! Boat ramp is great! We had a great time once we all agreed on daily plans....like herding cats...

Great house great location dock is great to have to enjoy if you don’t want to go to beach spacious house to be with each other or enjoy some time by yourself the porches are wonderful to sit and watch the boats in banks channel
