If you have been searching for a luxurious ocean front home that offers the best of the best, then you have found your “Pearl in the Sand”. This high-end new construction home is positioned next to Johnny Mercers Pier and features expansive ocean views. With 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, private infinity pool, hot tub, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, two electric vehicle chargers, water purification system, game room, and breathtaking finishes throughout this spectacular home welcomes you to experience a once in a lifetime type of vacation that will surpass your expectations!

The first floor of this home welcomes you into the grand foyer with ample space for hanging your belongings. The garage can easily be accessed from the foyer and offers parking for 3 vehicles as well as two electric vehicle chargers for added convenience. Down the hallway you will find the sizable game room complete with a pool and card table, lounging area with two flat screen tv’s, and a convertible garage door that perfectly blends indoor and outdoor living. This versatile room is a wonderful hangout for groups of all ages, but the best is yet to come.

Upstairs the main living level of “Pearl in the Sand” is the perfect mixture of luxury and comfort! The modern open floor plan creates a grand living space that is lined with large windows that flood the room with natural light and frame the picturesque seascape beyond. The striking kitchen includes Thermador appliances, a custom refrigerator, and is accented by a remarkable custom tile back splash. A Culligan water button ensures that you will have pure drinking water at the touch of a button and the generous butler’s pantry provides more than enough storage space. The large kitchen island provides ample space for meal preparation and offers additional seating for four guests. The dining table overlooks the screened porch and the dazzling crystal blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. An ocean front infinity pool and hot tub are located off the screened porch. Spend days relaxing pool side in the sun and evenings grilling out on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the built in firepit.

The cozy gas fireplace makes a wonderful focal point for the living room and is adorned with a coastal blend of shells and driftwood mantel. Spend evenings relaxing indoors with a cozy fire crackling in the background as you watch the waves roll in. The open stairwell allows the room to freely wrap around them continuing the open feeling of this magnificent home and complimenting living space as it leads you to the three guest bedrooms and laundry room that is complete with a sink and a folding area. The first guest bedroom on this level overlooks the ocean and infinity pool. This guest suite has a king-sized bed, television, large walk-in closet, access to the pool deck, and a private bathroom that includes a walk-in shower with custom tile work, double vanity, and private water closet. The second guest room is outfitted with a queen bed, television, private sitting deck that is nestled in the palms, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and custom herringbone tile work. The third guest bedroom on the main living level of this home features a queen bed, large flat screen television, private sitting balcony, and on suite bathroom. The shower is lined to the ceiling with gorgeous ornate tiles and the bathtub is jetted.

The top floor of “Pearl in the Sand” houses the primary bedroom, two additional guest rooms, a secondary living area and laundry room. The impressive primary suite is lined with windows that capture sweeping views of the ocean. Outfitted with a plush king-sized bed, you will wake up each morning kissed by the sun sparkling off the water. A sitting area welcomes you to slowly wake up in serenity or unwind at the end of the day - or venture out to the large private covered porch to enjoy a front row seat as the birds and sea life move about. The private sitting area includes a television and large desk that offers a stunning ocean view. The primary bathroom gives a spa-like ambiance and features a large jetted soaking tub that is accented by a lovely coastal chandelier. The marvelous walk-in shower is lined with beautiful tilework and has a double rainfall shower head. The dual vanity and a private water closet add to the truly grand feel of this bathroom that gives access to a spacious walk-in closet.

A junior primary suite is located down the hall. This bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed that is positioned to maximize the ocean views. There is access to the ocean front deck from this bedroom and it includes a television as well as its own private on suite bathroom complete with walk in tile shower, dual vanity, and walk in closet. Next door is the bunk bedroom that offers two reverse pyramid bunk beds. Two twin beds positioned under and large platform that holds two twin beds makes this room versatile for both children and adults. There is a television and access to the adjoining bathroom that opens to the hallway and services the nearby living area. The top floor living den includes a large television and the sleeper sofa enables this space to double as an additional hangout space or sleeping area.

Despite everything that “Pearl in the Sand” has to offer within its four walls, outside has endless possibilities too! Whether you want to grill out by the pool, soak in the hot tub, relax on one of the many decks, splash in the pool, play a game of bocce, or take an early morning sunrise walk on the beach. Pearl in the Sand offers an Upgraded Starter Kit* as an added convenience for travelers. Every home includes a basic starter package for guests, however, select luxury homes include additional household items or higher quality items that cater to your needs and help make your vacation more enjoyable. Items provided for this home include conveniences such as custom pump hand soaps and lotions for each bathroom, liquid dish soap and hand lotion in the kitchen, Glad trash bags, Tide pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, as well as an extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and two rolls of paper towels for the kitchen. All soaps and lotions are fragrance free, cruelty-free, paraben and sulfate free, and 100% vegan.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
