Relaxing 4br/3.5ba waterfront duplex with amazing sunset views, dock access, boat slip and private elevator. Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, just park the car, put your flip flops on, and have everything you need within a short distance: public beach access, Roberts Grocery store, local shops, several local restaurant options and more!

Experience the island lifestyle at this incredible waterfront property located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Recently updated with a private elevator and close to the beach, local shops, and several dining options, The Blue Pearl offers everything you need to live like a local. Catch a sunset or cast a line from the dock. Bring your boat as the 23 ft. boat slip is included for guest use. **Slip is located between the bridges, so the tides can prevent T top boats from fitting due to bridge clearance heights**

**Construction on the South Banks Channel Bridge may affect access to the dock. Please contact our office directly if planning to bring your boat.**


The main level provides a welcoming front porch plus the bright and open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas, all with amazing views of Banks Channel. A fully stocked kitchen and wet bar include all the comforts of home. A powder bath and elevator access complete the main level. Make sure to shoot the island breezes from the rocking chairs on the waterfront deck after a long day out on the beach or out on the waterways. Enjoy well deserved time with family and friends with a waterfront meal together on the spacious back porch. The fully stocked kitchen and grilling area make preparing the fresh of the day a breeze.

On the third floor you'll find the waterfront master suite bedroom with a King bed, private deck, incredible views, Roku smart TV, and an updated, spa-like master bathroom with roll in shower and separate freestanding tub. Truly the perfect spot to unwind after a fun filled day on the beach. The Elevator access and the laundry room complete this floor.

The top level offers an additional master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, smart Roku TV, and private balcony so you can wake up to some of the best views on the island. A queen bedroom includes water views and a Roku smart TV. The last bedroom is a bunk bedroom with a Twin over Twin bunk bed and a Twin over Full bunk bed. A shared hall bathroom completes the top floor **Please note there is NO elevator access to the top level**

The ground level includes the dock with gazebo, boat slip, and waterfront deck with sitting area. The covered back patio provides a cool retreat from the sun with outdoor shower and fenced in backyard creating the perfect spot to have that waterfront cookout you've been dreaming about. You'll also have access to kayaks to enjoy exploring the beautiful waters, as well as bikes to cruise around the island. The garage has parking for 2 vehicles, and extra full size refrigerator, and all the beach equipment you'll need. Elevator access is on the ground level, adding convenience for loading your groceries and luggage upstairs. Driveway parking for 2-3 more vehicles (depending on vehicle size). Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

Parking instructions:
Parking is on left side when facing the house. Parking for 4-5 vehicles, depending on vehicle size.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. The pet fee is $250 per pet plus tax. Pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2 pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**
No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Awesome location and layout

Had a great experience through and through. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed the yard, dock, proximity to the beach and downtown. Cant miss with this property. I would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a 5 star vacation.

Best Vacation House Ever

What a great house - just as beautiful as the photos depict and completely stocked with everything we needed. Location was amazing; close to grocery, restaurants and one block from the beach. Loved watching the boats in the harbor and people watching on the bridge. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Family reunion at Wrightsville Beach

We had a lovely time in this beautiful home. It is perfectly located to everything you need for a vacation: beach, bay, shops, restaurants, coffee houses, ice cream! The house is great for larger families with an abundance of sleeping spaces and beds with 3 private bedrooms and one more with comfortable bunk beds. The bathrooms and kitchen were top notch! We had ample kitchen ware to make big family dinners. We look forward to returning next time we’re in the area! Highly recommend this rental and the owners are wonderful as well! The owner's attention to detail was impressive. We stayed the week after Christmas and they had decorated the unit for the holidays, which was such a pleasant surprise. It felt very well outfitted and homey - while being very clean. We would definitely stay again! Great location. Nice views. Loved it.

Loved the place. Beautiful location, clean and fully stocked house with all your vacation needs and more…Enjoyed our time on the dock. Got to relax before and after Half Ironman race. Perfect Beach House

Surf in the mornings and boating the channel in the afternoons. Dolphins will say hello from the dock. Restaurants, grocery store and surf shop are all in walking distance. Once you are there you do not have to get in your car.

Well Appointed

This property has everything you need for a great vacation. It was newly renovated and super clean. All the bedrooms have a view of the channel and great views from the various balconies. The dock with covered area was also very nice and the property also furnished tons of things to have a great time at the beach… bikes, kayaks, skim board, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon… it’s just perfectly appointed and suited my families needs perfectly. Check in was super easy and even met the owners who were very nice and accommodating! This is just a great place to stay and central to everything in Wrightsville. We’ll definitely be back!

It was such a wonderful trip for our family and friends. The house has the best location. kids enjoyed play both inner coastal water and the beach everyday. Plenty activities for both adult and kids. Fishing, crabbing, kayaking, jogging, biking etc…Local restaurants within a very short walk. Definitely looking forward to come back again. Owner next door super friendly and nice!
