With two identical levels (Unit A and B), each featuring an open floorplan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this haven combines a sleek design with the comfort of home. Each unit boasts its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide expansive oceanfront views, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate.

The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 vehicles and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The shared backyard invites you to barbecue or indulge in beach games in the sand. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after soaking up the sun.

Unit B, on the lower level, welcomes you with an open floorplan, an ocean-view living area with a large smart TV and fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. The covered deck provides an ideal spot for outdoor dining or enjoying the ocean breeze. Two Queen bedrooms, complete with new mattresses and furnishings, share a full bathroom, with one offering a portable workspace for remote work. The spacious master suite features a King bed and a private full bathroom with peek ocean views.

Parking Instructions:
Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles max.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including bedding, bath, and beach towels – a value of $200-300+! Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also included are ten beach chairs, four boogie boards, two adult and three child bikes, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
