RELAXING upper unit of duplex house - 5 minute walk to beach & Banks Channel

958 square feet, 3 bed, 1 bath , cozy upper unit of a duplex house with a great porch and in friendly neighborhood that is great for a family get-a-way. Located within 100 feet of neighborhood park, 2 minute walk to Banks Channel, and 5 minute walk to beach access and fishing pier. There is an outdoor shower and backyard patio shared with the lower unit of the house.

Parking is limited to two (2) uncovered gravel spaces to the left of the stairs.
(Please do not park to the right of the stairs due to being reserved for the lower unit.) As for street parking, there is availability; however, the city does charge for street parking during the months of March 1 through October 31.

If you are interested in bringing your pet with you, there is a $250 pet fee plus please keep in mind that per Wrightsville Beach, NC law, NO Dogs are allowed on the beach April 1 through September 30. Perfect Place In Wrightsville

Everything was perfect. We’ve stayed at 5 different places in Wilmington and Wrightsville. This was a winner! Neighborhood. Neighbors were very nice. Quiet. Across street from a small park.Location- 1 block from beach, 1 block from the intercoastal, and bridge. Tucked away but close to everything. 1 block from the pier. This is a great location if you want to walk to beach or over the bridge or to one of the stores or restaurants in town. Rooms and Beds clean and comfortable.Loved the bathroom! Perfect size for a family. Everything was well laid out. Super easy checkin.Porch with swing was perfect.Furniture was comfortable and new. Made a few suggestions to owner - for kitchen but overall everything was really great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great weekend getaway

We came to spend time with our daughter who attends UNCW. Perfect accommodations for the three of us. We enjoyed the snacks, coffee, toiletries and laundry supplies that were provided for us. Great walkable location. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits!

Excellent stay

This property was perfect for our short visit to Wrightsville Beach. The location was situated perfectly between the beach, the waterway, restaurants, and the pier. It was clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed for our short stay was provided, and we will be sure to stay here again!

Great house close to the beach!

We had a great stay for the IronMan event. Great location for Iron Man 70.3 NC. Updated everything. I only have four recommendations that would have made the experience perfect and 5 star. 1. Hotels let you check in early with no charge. This owner wanted $25/hour more for early check in. That is a bad policy! 2. 2 rolls of toilet paper and 3 extra garbage bags???? Let's be real - with a race and 3 men staying. Please put more toilet paper in the house. 3. No laundry detergent? Why have a washer and dryer if you don't offer laundry detergent? 4. Cleaning fees are gettting out of control. I have my 4000 square foot house cleaned for less 40% less. Other than these little issues we loved the house. My comments are only for making this a perfect stay.

Fabulous Wrightsville Beach vacation

This location was absolutely perfect! What a great place to spend time with family and enjoy the beach. Just cannot imagine a more relaxing and peaceful place that was close to everything. Had everything we could have hoped for.

Labor Day Weekend Stay!

We absolutely loved staying here for Labor Day Weekend! It was so cute and well maintained! The location was ideal as well, close to the beach access and a short walk to restaurants and bars. I would most definitely book this house again! :)

Ideal location & great accommodations

We really enjoyed this booking. It’s location is perfect for beach going! It is also a nice friendly neighborhood. The house is every bit as nice as the pictures and the kitchen is well stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils etc. Would definitely book again.

Terrific Stay!

Loved everything about this property! The pictures are 100% accurate, the home is beautiful, impeccably clean and centrally located to all things Wrightsville. The beach chairs and wagon made the short walk to the beach so easy, the beds were super comfortable, and the front porch was a great place to watch a few storms roll in. The property management company was super responsive to questions, very personable and easy to work with. We would definitley stay again! Thank you.

Wrightsville Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed this property, with bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach wagon to carry everything. The beach was just a 5 min walk to the end of the road. There is a big covered porch, nice kitchen and bath, and everything was very clean. We would definitely return to this property.

Hidden Gem

This was our first time using Vrbo and honestly we weren’t sure what to expect. The house was PERFECT! Excellent condition, beautifully decorated, kitchen stocked with everything you can think of, plenty of towels (beach and bathroom), blankets and pillow's. We also got to meet the Property Manager, Buz, he was very friendly, pleasant and polite. We can’t wait for this house to open the books for 2025.

Perfect place to stay in Wrightsville!

Was a perfect beach getaway for a couple’s trip! The host was super responsive when we needed them, and the place was so nice! Walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants. Having the bikes was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better place to stay in the wrightsville beach area.
