    Welcome to your beach getaway! This beautifully maintained 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is just steps from the beach, and a short walk to local shops and restaurants in 'Downtown Wrightsville'. Conveniently located on the beach’s main road, this property offers ample parking with two driveway spots, a spacious garage for five cars, and plenty of room for all your beach gear. This is a perfect, one stop shop for families, friends and anyone else looking to kick back and enjoy the beach!



    The Space:

    The second floor boasts four cozy bedrooms and three full bathrooms, ideal for unwinding and recharging. Gorgeous hardwood floors flow throughout, creating a warm and inviting space.



    On the top level, natural light pours into the open living area, highlighting the coastal beauty of the home and WB. Relax in the living room by the stone fireplace or enjoy a drink from the custom wet bar. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring white custom cabinetry, a Wolf gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and a beverage cooler. Whether you’re having a casual meal at the breakfast nook or hosting a larger gathering in the dining room, this home has the perfect spot for every occasion.



    The primary suite is on the upper level right off of the living and kitchen area. For the ultimate view, climb to the crow’s nest to watch stunning sunsets and sunrises!

    After a day in the sun, rinse off in one of the two private outdoor showers.

Great location! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of parking. The beach was also closer than we expected.

The listing doesn’t even do it justice! BEAUTIFUL roof view to the water and sunsets. Easy walk to the beach. An absolute dream for a large group, we all loved it!!

The Holiday home will make YOUR holiday extra special!We rented for 6 days for our son's wedding in Wilmington. The communication from Knox prior to and during our stay was exceptional. House is lovely and very spacious for our family group of 8, access to beach is so easy and a lot of parking in the garage. Kitchen extremely well appointed and common area very large. Any questions we had were promptly answered by Knox. We will definitely stay in this beautiful home again!!!

My family loved this property. The layout of the house is excellent and there was room enough for everyone. We loved all the decks and porches. The location in the beach block can’t be beat. Amenities like the elevator, washer/dryer and the wine fridge were much appreciated. The AC and ceiling fans came in handy with the 95 degree temps. The mattresses are very comfy. And the host company was very responsive when we had questions.The only reason we didn’t give this a five star rating were the occasional lack of amenities and the fact that we needed to do some lightweight plumbing. These are easy, easy fixes. Things like newer towels, anti-skid mats in the tubs, unstained mattress pads, sufficient toilet paper in each bathroom, replacing burned out lightbulbs and newer kitchen utensils would be a plus. There were no brochures or tourist flyers or house instructions provided. We did figure most things out (like how to lock the door handles and get the ice maker working). And we left behind some travel info. We also tightened a loose toilet seat, adjusted a couple of sink stoppers that were shut and had to ask for help with a broken kitchen sink faucet.If we’re back in the area, we’ll stay here again.

The property was located a block from the beach. The location was great . The house was very roomy comfortable for the 6 of us. The upstairs was especially nice and the upstairs porch was a very comfortable and relaxing place to sit. The property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.
