"We came for a long weekend to participate in the Ironman 70.3 event in Wilmington. The Cove was a perfect location for easy access to packet pickup, T2, and the end of the race. It was a beautiful and peaceful spot that was both convenient and relaxing. Equipped with everything we needed. The upper deck was a lovely spot for dinner!"

"The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next...

"The property was absolutely beautiful! Looked just like the pictures. The outside are at the end of the walkway with the outdoor seating and grill was really nice. The view was amazing from our deck. On our way out Zack was an awesome help getting our luggage to our vehicle in the pouring rain. He had such a wonderful spirit. We will definitely be returning. "

"We were very happy with our stay. Very convenient location as we were visiting our daughter at school. The entire place was very clean. The one bed we used was very comfortable. "The description of the property was spot on! The last time a property had an ocean view we had to lean over a railing and look over a building… this was beautiful!! We throughly enjoyed the location near the state park as it was a little off the main drag. This was exactly what we wanted. The condo was very clean . "
