The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. The place is beautiful and a real real gem. I definitely will be back like Arnie once said…."

"The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available."

"Thank you June and Mark for a lovely stay at Little Beeches. We felt welcomed from the start. The home is tasteful and homely. While some holiday rentals can feel sparse and functional, in contrast it is obvious that a lot of thought and care has been put into making the cottage feel like a home. The kitchen is well stocked with decent cookware and crockery making cooking easy and pleasant. Having use of a washer and dryer was a huge help. The entire property was spotless. "Not the first time we've stayed here, so obviously a commendation. Needed to be near to the industrial estate for some work. Location is ideal. Philippa made sure everything was ok. Could not think of a morr therapeutic venue. Grounds help unwind."

"Lovely house. Home from home. Double beds were small and it only has one bathroom/but we managed. A few issues in contacting the property people to help us get in, but otherwise it well. "
