"Lovely place, super comfortable bed! And all the things you could need for a short getaway"

"Once we found the property it was such a lovely stay. You do have to go up some stairs so bare that in mind but other than that it was amazing. Great location close to shops, bars and restaurants. Hosts were really lovely and communicative."

"Great spot so close to the centre of the city. Lovely and clean and great communication from the host."

"NO WORKING WINDOWS The photos of the apartments are all mixed up so its not possible to see the actual apartment you will be allocated. The apartment I was allocated had no widow in the bathroom and the air vent did not work. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which also had no window. There was one window in the living room/kitchen that was painted shut. It was clear that the apartment had not been aired out for a long long time. It was incredibly stuffy and did not smell fresh. The apartment...

"It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful"

"Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. I'd imagine that the garden would be good to relax in come the summer months. If you intend to work over the wifi as we did, I...

"This property was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us to take sightseeing walks along the wall and the canal. Short walk to the Cathedral. Very convenient access to a variety of restaurants and shops."

"Very poor. The apartment was very dirty there were stains and rips on the sofa, long hairs on the shower walls, the stair carpet was filthy and blood stain on the bedroom pillows."

"Nice and clean but communication not good. Calls not answered. But overall ok"

"This small stylish apartment is almost unbeatably located and is comfortably appointed. We would have rated it 5 stars overall except for some mildly irritating features such as the bathroom lights operating on a movement detector switch. No one enjoys the lights going off while you’re having a shower at night. The hand basin was also too small. Storage in the kitchenette was also somewhat chaotic. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and these were minor matters."
