"We stayed here with our work crew and booked 5 rooms. The motel is in a nice and quiet location. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are great and take pride in the motel, which really shows. All our guys were very pleased - so it's definitely a motel I'd highly recommend. When we're in Mackay next we'll be back to Shakespeare Motel for sure. "

"a quick stay at oceanside hotel passing through mackay. we have stayed at this hotel a few times and its always great. easy parking and plenty of overflow parking out the front if you have trailers or large vehicles etc. rooms are always clean, after hours checkin is a breeze. comfy bed and a good pressure hot shower what more could you ask for! will be back for sure!
