"On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. "We had a lovely week at Apple Tree Barn, the barn was warm and comfortable and the space was just right for three of us. We found it was in a great location for local days out and it was convenient to have the small village shop within walking distance. There were good facilities for staying in and cooking basic meals, although the kitchen would not necessarily be suitable for longer stays."

"Entering the property was very off putting. I regretted the booking as the stairwell was dirty musty and stunk of marijuana. The apartment itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. I have to say it was overall one of the worst stays of any apartment ive booked . Extremely noisy from neighbours in unit 4 and from party goers loudly hanging out at the NCP car park. "The bungalow was well appointed and clean. However the bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and on the non slip bath mat . Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke. That flat should not be on your books."
