"Everything was a welcoming atmosphere helpful staff and a wonderful location in the city center."

"Friendly staff"

"It’s located at a great place. I had the room with the view facing the Caspian. It was lovely. You have amazing restaurants nearby. If you stay there I recommend visiting Palace of Shirivanshas from within the old city. Overall a great place near Nizami as well. Plus a 2 minute walk from the BakuGP track. Staff was super helpful and great - breakfasts are organic which is good. One thing to note is that Taxis don’t drive inside the old city you have to negotiate or go down which is tricky but...

"The hotel design and interior are beautifully decorated. You can truly feel the spirit of city center. We loved it."

"Highly recommended if you want to experience the charm of Baku. This is great palce to stay."

"You book with them, but when you turn up your room is not available and you have to settle for a lot lesser room, or cancel and wander the streets looking elsewhere. The staff were nice and friendly but the way the hotel works and the way they will take bookings when the room you try to book is not available is very wrong. We booked the Panoramic 2 bed apartment with Balcony but got 1 night in a very ordinary hotel room and another in a unpleasant apartment."

"Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff made our stay special with their kindness ans attention."

"The staff were so welcoming and I loved the holiday decor. It was a very warm and comforting vibe and the coffeeshop right next door was also a bonus. This hotel had a lovely restaurant staff who made delicious food and brought be warm pastries right from the oven! The rooms were so spacious! I stayed in 2 different types of rooms as I wanted to get a feel for what they had to offer. There is no elevator, but I was always helped with my bags. It is tricky to get a taxi to come into the old town...

"The hotel certainly is not 4 star. It says parking is available, but cars cannot even enter the old town. We tried to call the hotel, but no one answer at 9pm. We ended up parking far away from the hotel."

"very nice and quite hotel, staff very nice and helpful for everything Love it diffinetly will o.e back"
