Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, servicios y instalaciones y estado del alojamiento
The staff were so welcoming and I loved the holiday decor. It was a very warm and comforting vibe and the coffeeshop right next door was also a bonus. This hotel had a lovely restaurant staff who made delicious food and brought be warm pastries right from the oven! The rooms were so spacious! I stayed in 2 different types of rooms as I wanted to get a feel for what they had to offer. There is no elevator, but I was always helped with my bags. It is tricky to get a taxi to come into the old town so I was grateful when I was running super late to go to the airport with many heavy bags and I called the front desk to see if they could arrange a taxi to come right away and he came! So grateful for that white truck who pulled up right to the door, didn't overcharge me, and helped me with my bags.
The location is perfect as you are right in the old town. My fave restaurant nearby was Cizz Bizz Old city. I don't know why the ratings are so low. The food is amazing and this is coming from a person who is very picky about food and lodging!
