Hotel was clean and in a good location in West Philly, Ubers/Lyfts/Shuttle was about 15 minutes from Center City. Shuttle was convenient for travel, when available. Indoor pool was nice but cold. The place is very dirty. There were crumbs on the floor in the room, and the shower was not properly cleaned. The elevator entrance was wet and stained with who knows what. I would say bring your own bed and sheets, or stay in your car (even better).
