"This property is exceptional, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, safe room, water provided every day, lovely staff, great food, we had beautiful breakfasts every morning of our 4 nights stay & dined in the restaurant 1 night, we had a room with a lovely view of the Severn, my only gripe is that the rooms are very warm, a fan was provided which helped a bit. "This hotel was amazing! The room was large with a high ceiling. All the regular hotel buts and pieces for coffee, tea etc. The room also came with a super comfortable couch, which was perfect for a rest and not having to sit on the bed. I was really impressed with the servuces, the TV even had Netflix available. I will absolutely stay there again when travelling to Worcester :)"
