Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, basketball hoop & balls, tennis equipment, 4 bikes (1 with small child seat) helmets, kayaks (x2) fishing rods (x2) including chairs to take and sit lakeside, lawn bowls, chess, darts, not to mention parking in driveway for 2 cars and plenty of off-street parking.

Our home is best suited to families, couples, or small groups of friends looking for a calm, relaxing retreat. If you are seeking a venue for a celebration, event, or lively get-together, this is not the right property for you. Please understand that any violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund and may incur additional penalties. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for all.
Note: please be aware that our sofa beds are intended for lounging purposes and will not come with linen already made up. If guests choose to use these beds, linen will be provided for your convenience, though you will need to make up the beds yourself.
