Kali Cottage between the Sea and the Ridge

Kali Cottage is nestled amongst the trees offering a tranquil retreat. Its quaint bushland setting with views to the ocean gives a sense of relaxation and recharge. Yet for those wanting an adventure Sublime Point walk is near by and the unique towns of Austinmer and Thirroul with their many cafes and local beaches are a 5 minute drive away. Visit the Sea Cliff Bridge, book a live act at Anita's Theatre, hang glide at Bald Hill or explore the many trails and pristine beaches of the Coal Coast.

Loved this cottage so much, was such a wonderful cozy escape for the weekend and the views and forest surrounding are immense. Great comms with the lovely host and we instantly felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. Definitely want to go back again.

IDYLLIC HIDEAWAY

Peaceful & quiet getaway on 5 acres of bushland. Beautifully appointed accommodation & lovely view to Ocean. The fireplace was fabulous & we enjoyed exploring the property. The hosts were warm & welcoming. We will definitely return.

Perfect for a serene getaway

We chose this accommodation for it's quiet location and beautiful ocean views. Perfect for a peaceful getaway with family or friends. The property is tucked away, yet still conveniently located and in close proximity to beaches, shops and cafes. We have not visited this region in decades. The beach strip is now bustling and very hectic, especially during weekends, so it was great to be able to zip up into the hills to relax in our peaceful accommodation, which was clean and cosy, with a very well-equipped modern kitchen. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host was efficient. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to our host!

Cozy winter stay

We loved our weekend in Kali cottage. The kids enjoyed the garden and playground. The cottage has a lovely feel and has beautiful views through the trees to the ocean. Highly recommend

Wonderful accommodation

Wonderful spot

We had a lovely stay at Kali Cottage. It is a great spot nestled under the escarpment with views to the sea and the bush. We had everything we needed and we enjoyed the fire. Thirroul is a short drive away with shops etc. We had a lovely meal at South Sailor and also at the Imperial Hotel in Clifton, another short drive away. Walks in the Royal National Park are not far away and the Sea Cliff Bridge is a short drive away and an easy walk across the bridge. A lovely quiet location and our host Jo was great. Thank you.
