"Helena had received a foot or more of snow on October 26th. I arrived a week later. The concrete steps, sidewalk and parking lot were snow packed and icy with no signs of shoveling or ice melt. The bottom of the shower curtain was orange and crusty. There was orange mildew stains between the shower pan and walls.
