"Pase la noche al llegar a Johannesburg antes de tomar otro vuelo el hotel la primera impresión es excelente y el cuarto muy bonito. Pero cuando me quise hacer un té, la tetera estaba enlamado el fondo. En la regadera había hormigas grandes. Espere más de media hora para que nos tomaran la orden en el restaurante y solo habíamos tres mesas. Muy bonito hotel pero mal servicio y no adecuado mantenimiento"

"Very kind staff. Very serviceable. Nice hotel y classic style, in good shape though not new anymore. Only to mention that there is too much noise in the entrance of the room (from water tubing or ventilation?). Also the windows don’t close hermetically although with good weather outside this is not an issue. The shower is fixed on the wall, I prefer a tube with shower head. The hotel is well prepared with covid measures. The restaurant with garden terrace is beautiful! Many restaurants and shops...

"This is a very nice property to stay. It’s convenient to 2 large shopping malls - very close by that have every store available. What I think I liked best about staying at this City Lodge was the staff. They were more than happy to help with any request but then were surprised and so grateful at even the smallest tip offering. "My second stay here. I have no problem with is place. I love the location. The major challenge is the check-in and check-out time. Then again some of the staff are not friendly. The hotel cancelled my initial booking under the pretext that I needed to confirm.
