Enjoy this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo features comfortable living room sofa and seating around the cozy fireplace and Smart TV to stream your favorite shows in the evening or cable TV after a day on the mountain. Stay with up to 5 guests! The large bedroom offers a King bed, and the living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa and an additional Twin sleeper (pull-out) chair. Snowshoe Slope has everything you need to fully enjoy your stay with your family and friends in Winter Park, Colorado's longest continually operated major ski resort. This cozy unit has everything you'll need for an awesome getaway. Located at the ski base near the new Gondola, ski school, restaurants, shops and bars.
Guests can also take advantage of the Zephyr Mountain Lodge, with the Slopeside building's amenities including main lounge with common area fireplace, sip your cocktails at the provided bar seating, soak in the community hot tub, and check out the full fitness center. Your rental includes a personal ski locker, bike storage is available and the added convenience of the underground parking garage. With ski-in and ski-out access, this is the quickest way to the mountain with all the extras!

During winter months, Colorado has a statewide traction law which requires a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to drive on Colorado roads. We are located in a high altitude mountain climate. Snow can occur at any time during winter months. Failure to have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle will likely result in being unable to reach your vacation rental. No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. We encourage all guests to consider 3rd party travel insurance if they have travel concerns.
Interaction with Guests: Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Elevations by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.
