Many of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C because of the cooler climate. The resort base does close during the off seasons in the spring and fall and will vary depending on snow conditions, but the downtown area remains open year round. Each free activity is limited to one per day and must be reserved in advance through Xplorie and are seasonal subject to our partners availability. The owners have severe pet allergies, making this home animal free (with no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets. There is assigned parking for a max of 1 vehicle. The complex includes a total of 4 community overflow parking spots for the entire building available on first come first serve basis, but 1 car is strongly recommended as there are no additional parking options on site and parking is very strict.
