The beauty of the Winter Park landscape is reflected in our charming Lakota Northwoods Luxury Villa #301, featuring 3 tranquil bedrooms, 3.5 beautiful bathrooms, and space for up to 12 guests to live together in peace and harmony. Designed to become one with the landscape, Lakota Northwoods provides guests with a vacation experience they will wish never had to end, offering all the comforts of home and all the modern conveniences that make vacation life that much easier. Professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest, there is over 2200 square feet of luxury contained under this roof and even as there may be 12 guests enjoying views and making coffee each morning, at night there will be space for everyone to call their own, including 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, 1 TWIN OVER FULL BUNK, 2 TWIN BUNK BEDS, 2 TWIN TRUNDLE BEDS, AND 1 PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.

Guests will enter the front door of #301 via the front door, tucked between a generously sized window and a single car garage available for guest's use. Step into an open concept floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings that make the already large space feel larger and walls of windows that keep the room bright and airy. Mountain décor in the living room represents the fun and beauty of Winter Park, including a unique shelf made of old wooden skis that lies next to the generously sized 60-inch smart television where guests can watch their favorite streaming shows. The supersized leather sectional is a luxurious piece of furniture, inviting guests to sink into its depths and enjoy some downtime watching television and reveling in the warmth of the fireplace that adds romance and warmth to the room. The windows that surround this corner of paradise look out onto breathtaking views of the Colorado countryside, perhaps providing a distraction from your show, but that's ok; these views will be ones you remember for the rest of your life and the streaming show will always be available to watch!

This is an animal free home due to owners severe pet allergies. The owners have severe pet allergies, making this home animal free (with no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets.

A dining room tucked into a corner filled with windows gives the feeling of living inside a very luxurious tree house! Gather round the thick wood table surrounded by an eclectic mismatch array of chairs sipping coffee and watching the valley come alive around you. A set of sliding glass doors lead out onto the deck that covers the back level of the house, encouraging more coffee drinking outside where crisp mountain air is clean and views are limitless.

Offering a mix of rustic charm and modern convenience, the kitchen is located just a few steps away from the dining room area. Sophisticated granite slabs top custom cabinetry and a sink embedded in the island that seats three faces the windows allowing occupants to chat with family or lose themselves in those views as they perform ordinary kitchen chores. Stainless steel appliances and an elegant tile backsplash work together to create a room that is definitely the heart of the home.

This main level of living space also offers a half bath with a porcelain pedestal sink, large mirror, and more mountain décor, ensuring that guests don't have to run up or down stairs every time they need to wash their hands.

Designed for multiple families, the first of two master suites is also on this level making it the ideal space for guests who may have mobility issues. Anchored by a king bed with a mission style headboard located opposite a 40 inch Smart TV, the room is bright and airy and offers its own generously sized window that frames the view of the mountains just outside. Its attached ensuite bath provides a dual vanity topped with granite and a spacious walk in glass doored shower. Luxury hotel quality toiletries are also provided for the guest's use. This room also offers its own den containing another place to lounge, read, or play games with the family.

The second master suite is located on the ground level of #301 and provides its own tranquility and another 40 inch Smart TV. Offering a private entrance to the lower level deck and easy access to the bubbling hot tub that sits just outside, this may be the room guests fight to make their own! A king bed and en suite bath with tub shower combo adds to the charms of master suite two.

The third and final bedroom is not the last of the sleeping quarters but it is the room your kiddos will clamor to make their own. Offering two sets of twin bunk beds and more views of the mountain, this is the room where uncontrollable giggles and late night secret sharing will create more happy memories.

The last of the sleeping areas is an open loft style space, except it is located down on the first level instead of looming above the home. Offering a third set of twin bunks, these created from trunks of trees, and another 40-inch smart television this space is great for older kids who want their own space and know how to stay quiet at night to avoid the “wrath” of parents who need their sleep. Access to the third bath with a tub shower combo is shared with the third bedroom.

A ski storage area overs a tray for wet boots and slate floors that can handle the melting snow and full sized washer and dryer tucked away behind closet doors are found on this level, completing the tour of the interior spaces of our Lakota Northwoods Luxury Villa #301. This is not, however, the end of the tour entirely as we still have the outside spaces to explore!

Multiple levels of decks offer open railings for unobstructed views but are also crisscrossed with metal “chicken coop-ish” for safety. A propane grill provides an alternative for meal preparation and multiple seating areas offer space to relax, dine, and soak in the views that make Winter Park one of our nation's favorite vacation destinations. Board games, movies, and a game console is provided for guest's use and enjoyment and access to the community fitness gym with swimming pool is the perfect complement to the private hot tub located on the lower level of this beautiful home!

Loved staying here! Views were so beautiful here, you can watch skiers going down the mountain out of huge windows. The house itself was really clean and very nice with lots of room.

Great Location and Views for Days!

We had a great time in this lovely location, the hot tub was great and all the amenities were incredible. Could have used some condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.) but the views and furnishings more than made up for it.

The home was absolutely beautiful! Amazing views and excellent location. The home is impeccable. We have serious pet allergies and searched for a home that does not allow pets - this place was perfect and spotless. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved every minute of it!!! Thank you!!!!

Hello hot tub!

This property was just incredible! We wanted something that was close to everything but also to where we could kind of get away from the hustle and bustle and have our own family time. The main level when you walk in was just the perfect a little cozy place to hang out in the evenings watch TV and play board games. The kitchen was completely equipped with anything that you could need. Upstairs had a Huge window with a view that is almost undescribable just how beautiful it was. And then the downstairs had two bedrooms that were perfect for the kids and my son really loved the little built in bunkbed when you came right down the steps. But I have to say our favorite of everything in the house was 100% the hot tub. We would get up in the morning and go sit out there and then after a long day of skiing/ tubing, there was nothing better than soaking in it. We would highly recommend this place again! We only had one little hiccup with the property and it was something from a previous renter and was taken care of immediately.

Beautiful well stocked and comfortable!

This property was excellent for our stay. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, conveniently located, and very comfortable! We would definitely stay again. The beds were great, I loved that the master bedroom was on the third floor and other bedrooms were on the bottom floor giving a lot of privacy. Each bedroom had a TV. The views were INCREDIBLE! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
