Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Ski Chalet! Right across the road from the Winter Park Resort, this luxury 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 14 people, with enough room to spread out in its 2,800 square feet of living space.

The dining room features antique Bavarian furniture and decor, and the kitchen is fully-stocked for any cooking you might do.

The lower level offers more than a few surprises, starting with a large secondary living area that helps make this home a favorite of multiple families traveling together! An oversized sectional and tv are perfect for lounging. The room also has a fold-up table for game nights or puzzles, plus an armoire full of children's crafts, board games, and books for trading.

Beautiful location, photos of the large windows facing the ski runs true to life. Some minor issues occurred due to cold weather but the management team was very responsive. The nice unit on the end of a cul-de-sac added to the space. Would recommend this rental

It was a great stay! Checking in was easy and seamless. We had an issue with the hot tub late at night and getting a hold of winter park escapes was so easy. And they got someone over fast to fix the issue. The entire stay was easy and stress free. The downstairs living area was great for children. We stayed down there the most. Would definitely stay there again.

Townhome is 3 story, very fun, beautiful view of mountain, large bedrooms, heated floors. Nice kitchen with everything needed. Worked very well. Negative, TV remotes are poor, NO basic cable, so no ESPN, TNT. we missed all of the new years eve bowl games. This property is too expensive to not have a good TV system. TV's missing in all bedrooms. Electrical breaker on Hot tub would not allow full jet power, needs replaced. We would stay again.

The location was great with convenient access to the shuttle to the lifts. Being on the end of the unit was nice. The house is outfitted very, very basic (i.e. Shampoo and Conditioners dispensers were empty, no laundry soap, very low level appliances, builders grade finish out, very small kitchen with no pantry for food storage). The Xplore package was nice add on with our group having a few non-skiers they used items every day and we received one ski package for free. They allowed for an early check-in which was nice to drop our luggage before we went for our ski rentals.

This set up is ideal for two families. Parents upstairs, kids in the basement bedrooms with large Rec room. Kitchen was better equipped than any other rental we’ve stayed in which is wonderful when you like to cook. We had a minor issue with the clothes dryer but the management company was readily available to step in. At first we were turned off by the very extensive rental agreement, too many do’s and don’ts. However, if you are considerate renters, you naturally would follow these rules anyway. Will definitely rent here again.

Great place to stay. Very well equipped kitchen and nice space. Very clean. It is located close to ski area. It is not ski in/ski out, but I would recommend walking to ski lifts on Saturday’s and Sunday’s as the parking situation at Winter Park is not optimal. The walk is no more than 15-20 min. Would highly recommend this property and I would stay there again.

We rented this place due to the size needed for our family. It is a nice home with amazing views in a great neighborhood. There are things I'd wish I'd known, that I want to share for future renters: 1) Keep no AC in mind - the third floor room averaged 85 degrees. There are windows throughout the home, BUT the 3rd floor room window faces the driveway and does not get wind at all. We called turnkey hoping for additional air sources (fans) the night we arrived. We never heard back. I began receiving texts reminding me there is no AC, something having nothing to do with my request as I wasn't complaining about the AC. On our 3rd morning there someone dropped off a couple fans. Never received a call to actually speak with someone managing the property. We had already purchased fans from the local grocery store. They do have fans available for use in most rooms, but this summer they should double up and triple up for the top room. 2) Windows - we couldn't use 2 of the downstairs windows. One was completely missing a screen (mosquitoes were coming in) and the other was broken. We reported this when we arrived - no resolution, no call back. Again, the windows are important to be able to have open this summer there. It's warmer than they are used to - I know this from hearing it several times talked about at the businesses downtown. 3) Balcony Furniture - the listing advertises a table with seating on the balcony. There are/were no chairs for the table on the balcony. Just in case you are looking forward to a meal out there like we were. 4) Dryer - be prepared (time-wise) to run the drying 2 times per load to get the clothes dried. This was not a setting issue. 5) Air Mattress - the mattress deflates about 55% half way through the night. Again, with our size group, we depended on this as a bed option, but I would say it isn't. You end up swallowed (child) and/or feeling the structure bars (adult or child). Those 5 things are what I wished I'd known before renting and hope it's helpful, so you feel fully informed. The last noteworthy thing is the coffee table legs were falling off, we didn't know, so when I moved it, it gave and fell on my foot. I bet it will be fixed or replaced by the time you rent. I cannot say we would stay again, but I can say that if you rent informed, I believe you would feel 10 times better than we did going in not knowing the quirks. The view is breathtaking. The location is super convenient.

A group of 7 friends stayed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We could have definitely used more towels. The kitchen supplies made up for lacking toiletries. The location is great...you could walk to Winter Park. It's also a short drive to everywhere else.

We had three couples, one child and a single stay here, and we were very impressed with the rooms and amount of space! Two parking spots was huge for us, and the living areas were very cozy! The hot tub worked very well, too. There’s a bus line that drops off very close to the condo if you don’t want to park elsewhere for skiing. Wonderful that three of the rooms have king beds!

We rented this house for Super Bowl weekend. The house has a good set up for families with kids. 2 TV rooms was nice as the kids could be downstairs and the adults up stairs. Parking is a little tight with 3 cars but not terrible. Great access to the mountain as it is right across the street from the free parking lots.

We had the most wonderful family gathering at Lakota Antlers. He condo is beautifully appointed with immaculate amenities and beautiful cabin decor. The space comfortably housed 3 couples and 4 children. Many of our party enjoyed days skiing at winter park mountain just across the street. The non-skiers enjoyed cozy days in the house looking out on the ski runs and long walks on the nearby Fraser river trail. The hot tub was a lovely feature for some. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook lovely, cozy dinners in. In the mornings, the bedrooms were secluded enough to let he teenagers sleep in while the adults enjoyed coffee in the great room overlooking the slopes. We will definitely be back! I've rented homes all over the world and can honestly say his was the most well-appointed and well-managed!
