"The property was very clean. The dishwasher did not work. The washing machine did not work. The air conditioner quit working. There was 4 of us, all senior citizens and nowhere in the description of the property does it say second floor. If we would have known that. We would not have rented this property. There was 1 person that was on oxygen. Those stairs just about killed her. The pool was brown and unusable. There was 4 glasses and no dinnerware. No wash cloths in bathrooms or kitchen. There...

"Room was good and owner very responsive. Property gym, indoor pool and hot tubs were under construction and we were not made aware of this when booking which was important to us. Air conditioning was not working the first night but it wasn’t too hot so that wasn’t a problem "

"The complex grounds were very well maintained, parking easy and abundant and the pools were lovely and so enjoyed by all. My only complaint was the squeaky interior doors in the condo that the owner was grateful to hear about and fix for the next guests. "

"The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. There was noises we could hear in an above location in the evenings. It could have been due to work being done or running up and down steps but but it was bearable. Host responded to concerns promptly."
