Please refrain from taking linens, towels, pillows or anything else provided other than the complimentary toiletries. Any evidence of pets, smoking, broken, damaged or missing items may result in a fee. We pride ourselves on providing our guest with exceptional service and would like to continue!

We offer flexible early check-in upon request/availability, but not guaranteed. Please verify first if early check-in is available, sometimes we have guests checking out that same day, so we'll need a few hours in between reservations to ensure the place is cleaned and sanitized for you. Rest assured we will never rent you an unclean environment. We truly appreciate your patience and your business.

We want our guests to feel at home and enjoy the condo and amenities to the fullest, but all we ask is that you please treat the place and neighbors with respect just like you would in your own home. No Smoking, No Parties, No Loud Music/Noise/illegal Activities etc. Such behaviors will not be tolerated and can lead to cancellation without a refund. Please help keep our home in pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Everything about this Condo was great. Both bathrooms are very nice. Kitchen is well maintained. Living room is great. Bedrooms are really nice with comfy beds. Our stay was great and thank you.

We were excited to stay here but were very disappointed in the condition of the property and pool closure. We arrived to an eviction notice and legal filing taped on the door. While the property is new, it has not been maintained to the level shown in the photos. The queen bed had a major indent in the bottom so that your feet dangled off the bottom and was uncomfortable; the bench at the front door was broken; the ice maker and water filter for the fridge had clearly not been changed because the water and ice were really gross; the couch was worn out so much so that when you sat on it, you could feel the mechanics for the pull out couch and the linens were all worn out. To top it all off, there was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (for a week's stay with 4 people). There were the bare essentials and absolutely nothing else. Finally - the pool had turned green and was closed during our stay. The location was great - about a 20 min drive from all of the parks, but if I knew what I know now, we'd have stayed somewhere else.

Lovely apartment with excellent amenities in a great location. Would definitely stay again.I received great communication from the property manager before check in, during our stay and after check out.One suggestion I would make is to have a plan of the car park indicating where the entrance to the block is.

Picked this property because of its location near the convention center. It is a great place in a quiet building. There’s ample parking and all the amenities you could ask for whether you’re staying for work or pleasure.
