The property was gorgeous, and the location was perfect for our purpose of being in town. It was so lovely that we may return to stay at the property for no other purpose. The property manager was wonderful, too!

Nestled in the woods, Half a mile down a winding trail, situated on a lake, is home away from home. Plenty of room in and around the property for children and adults. Seasonal water activities was not functional but we had a ball anyway! Beautiful home and we will be back

We have a great weekend of meetings and fun. Thanks for the waters! The kitchen was not supplied, as was the case in other homes where we stayed; therefore, making the meals was eventful.

Loved staying at this beautiful house on Lake Wateree. The property manager had prompt and friendly communication, and there was even a welcome basket with goodies and a fridge full of bottled water for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, house was clean, and view from the deck was peaceful. Would stay here again!

This is my second year visiting this lakehouse. I love it. The host is extremely wonderful. The location is ideal for a quiet, relaxing get away. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Very spacious. Beautiful view of the lake. I can go on and on.

There were issues with water pressure and A/C and poor timing with the holiday weekend (Memorial Day) which delayed repair. The property manager was easy to reach and communicated well. Cleanliness issue was primarily the entryway with birds nest and what nature lands under birds nest. Overall rating was impacted by the maintenance issues however they were addressed just not quickly due to the holiday and did impact our overall stay. Ultimately we would stay again and have confidence that the house would not have recurring issues.

It was very affordable and comfortable - we had 6 people all together and could still have fit a couple more!!! Excellent location to get to Rock Bottom Pond which is why were there for our nephew's wedding. Great experience!!

Had a wonderful stay here...gorgeous lakefront property with everything you need for a relaxed weekend away. Have no worries renting this home...every comfort you need is there and the property is large to play frisbee or football. A+++++++

House is clean and spacious. We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary and they got to see two of their great grands from Virginia for the first time. We had a marvelous time and our host Kevin is the best. We are already looking at next year to return. Thanks Kevin for a great house and large yard for family games and great view s.

We will definitely be returning! The pictures do no justice - this place is beautiful. The atmosphere is delightful and the property has everything you need and what you didn't know that you needed. There is more than enough space for everyone inside and out- it does not disappoint at all!

We had a wonderful time. My son graduated BCT at Ft Jackson he got a small break before heading to Ft Lee and this was just a wonderful place to celebrate. We fished and played games. He even took a nap in the hammock. Tons of fish right off the dock. It was just like being at home. The home is well stocked and very comfortable. We loved our stay!!!

This home is great! It’s Spacious and clean. And VERY WELL STOCKED for large groups The kitchen is well stocked also, with utensils, large pots and pans for large groups. The dock/access to fishing is a PLUS! Kevin the prop. Mngr. is a SUPER HOST.. he responds rapidly to any issues or concerns/questions.I highly recommend this home.I can’t complain..I plan to revisit soon🙃
